Role Overview
- Provide operational consultation for restaurants and cafés.
- Analyze restaurant performance (operations, staff, costs, service quality).
- Improve restaurant workflows, SOPs, and daily operations.
- Support menu engineering, cost control, and food cost optimization.
- Advise on staff management, training, and performance improvement.
- Assist in restaurant setup, restructuring, or operational turnaround.
- Prepare clear reports and actionable recommendations for clients.
Requirements
- open to all Nationalities Arabic nationality prefered.
- Must be currently inside Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as: Coffe shop Manager Operations Manager F&B Consultant
- Strong experience in: Restaurants & cafés operations Staff management and training Cost control & KPIs
- Fluent in Arabic (Very Good in English).
- Professional communication and consulting mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
