Restaurant Manager

Role Overview

• Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise, schedule, and manage restaurant staff, including performance monitoring and discipline.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and handle guest complaints professionally and effectively.
• Monitor food quality, service quality, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure operational alignment.
• Control operational costs, including labor, food, and waste, in line with approved budgets.
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering processes, and stock control.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations in accordance with KSA requirements.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required.
• Support staff training, onboarding, and continuous development.

Requirements

• Arabic nationalities only.
• Valid Saudi Residency (Iqama) – Mandatory.
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
