Role Overview
Holistic management of your assigned customer portfolio
Ensure trusting, collaborative relationships with clients
Independently drive excellent onboarding processes
Proactive churn management
Identify growth opportunities
Act as the driving force for cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Analyze requirements in a structured way and provide input for the product roadmap
Collaborate with the domain-expert team to develop tailored solutions
Requirements
Solid experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales (ideally in a B2B SaaS environment)
Confident with CRM tools such as HubSpot
Structured approach to work
Proactive, goal-oriented working style
Strong hands-on mentality
High self-motivation
Strong negotiation skills with excellent communication in German and business-fluent English
High digital affinity and understanding of SaaS metrics (KPIs)
