Ensure all contract and customer pricing components are entered and updated in the accounting system consistently and accurately
Respond to customer inquiries during operational hours
Collaborate on group projects with employees in other departments
Assist with ensuring that invoices and credit memos are generated accurately
Communicate errors back to the invoicing, data entry, sales or management teams for corrections as necessary
Maintain positive relationships with sales agents and company management through email and phone correspondence

High school diploma or equivalent
0-1 years of direct or related experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, especially Microsoft Excel
