Develop and manage enterprise B2B accounts in the marine and coastal infrastructure sectors
Engage with global cruise operators, major energy companies, and infrastructure investment funds owning marine terminals
Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and sustainability decision-makers
Translate complex technical solutions into clear business value propositions
Lead consultative and strategic sales cycles, coordinating with engineering teams for tailored solutions
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and international meetings
Identify and convert new business opportunities within environmental and marine infrastructure projects
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally managing enterprise accounts
Background in one or more of the following sectors: Environmental services, Marine engineering, Offshore / energy, Port infrastructure, Sustainability solutions
Excellent storytelling, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
Proven ability to manage long and complex sales cycles
Fluency in English and Spanish
Willingness to travel internationally
Genuine passion for sustainability and marine ecosystem restoration
