Role Overview
- Overseeing and optimizing the revenue cycle process for clients

- Investigating and resolving any escalated billing or collection issues promptly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related healthcare finance roles
- Behavioral Health (BH) and/or Substance Use Disorder (SUD) RCM experience preferred
- Proven experience in client relationship management
- Deep understanding of healthcare billing, coding, compliance, and insurance processes
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in RCM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
