Role Overview
- Maximise the visibility of the Suncorp Bank brand
- Manage the Bank’s relationship with customers
- Support improvements and monitor customer satisfaction outcomes
- Assist with understanding of and meeting of holistic customer needs
- Design, implement and monitor an annual portfolio business plan
- Build genuine relationships with stakeholders
- Provide development opportunities for staff
Requirements
- Tertiary Qualifications in business, commercial or finance
- Solid experience in financial services, with a focus on Agri or rural business
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Good understanding of risk analysis, cash flow management, portfolio growth, and credit assessment
- Ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders
- High level of ethical standards and integrity
