Gather, analyze, and centralize business requirements from cross-functional teams to translate them into clear Salesforce user stories and product requirements.
Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering maximum value through well-defined epics, features, and user stories.
Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives) and coordinate with developers, admins, and stakeholders.
Perform functional testing and validate deliverables, ensuring solutions meet acceptance criteria, quality standards, and user expectations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap, manage release cycles, and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
