Role Overview
- Act as Product Owner, responsible for the product vision, strategy, and evolution
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Create and maintain the product roadmap, monitoring deliveries and continuous evolution
- Create, refine, and manage user stories, ensuring clarity for the development team
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (technology, business, design, stakeholders)
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, review, and retrospective)
- Analyze product data and metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement
- Ensure continuous delivery of customer value and quality of deliverables
- Serve as a bridge between business and technology areas, ensuring alignment and effective communication
- Support the identification of product improvement and innovation opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner for at least 3 years
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
- Ability to prioritize backlog and define product roadmap
- Experience in creating and managing user stories
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Ability in data analysis and product metrics
- Fluent English
- Preferred: Certifications in Product Management or Agile (CSPO, PSM, etc.)
- Experience in UX/UI
- Knowledge of Design Thinking techniques
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
