Manage licensing files, reports and provide general administrative support
Create and maintain domestic and international agreements or related documents under supervision and in accordance with regional regulations and best business practices
Manage, create and maintain the collection and record keeping of (a) Royalty Reports, (b) Invoices, (c) Requests for Billing for all Domestic and International Fruit Fee and Propagation Fees
Create and/or maintain a variety of reports, analysis, projections and documents related to licensing, royalties, expenses, budget tracking and proprietary plant inventory
Coordinate and attend company events independently or in a team environment, as needed
Provide general administrative and office management duties and support to the Licensing Manager and as further directed by Licensing Manager or Global Licensing Vice President
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
A minimum of 3 years of related experience required working in an Administrative role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Teams)
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Fluency in English and Spanish is required
