Handle telephone, in-person/video, and written (email) communication with internal and external audiences (suppliers and customers).
Purchase various supplies for team activities.
Process payments, invoices (NF), requisitions, and manage petty cash.
Provide support to team members (contact suppliers and obtain quotes, book hotels/rooms/auditoriums, organize materials and prepare for meetings or events — send invitations, confirm attendance, arrange coffee breaks, prepare and distribute certificates, update materials used by coordinators in training).
Support franchisees (manage report submissions, monitor delivery of instructional materials to centers, ship materials via mail, monitor royalty payments, encourage and oversee campaign material purchases, provide training and support for administrative inquiries).
General organization (manage folders and files in the online environment, track deadlines for content completion, update materials used in training).
Support content production (video editing, formatting PowerPoint presentations, creating templates and presentations).
Maintain up-to-date records of the activities you perform and act proactively to ensure measures are taken in advance.
Requirements
High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree completed or in progress is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Comfortable using social media and general technology.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational skills and time management.
Proactive and able to work effectively in a team.
Problem-solving mindset.
Must reside in the city of Rio de Janeiro, RJ.
