Role Overview
- Provide day-to-day engineering support for the business unit
- Create, maintain, troubleshoot and improve processes and products
- Provide technical assistance when quality problems arise in production
- Manage assigned process/manufacturing optimization projects
- Support equipment and process monitoring and maintenance
- Train, mentor and coach team members
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of engineering or technical experience
- Experience in continuous improvement, problem solving, and/or experience with Six Sigma and Lean tools
- Hands-on material testing experience
