Provide administrative support to low-complexity sales projects, ensuring the correct execution of each stage of the contracting process.
Receive, review, and validate contracting documents submitted by clients (except Price Registration Minutes), request adjustments when necessary, provide guidance on signature procedures, and arrange performance bond insurance when applicable.
Manage outstanding issues related to contracts or contractual amendments, monitor deadlines, and ensure all tasks are completed correctly within established timeframes.
Communicate internally the receipt of orders and share relevant information with the involved departments.
Engage the legal department when necessary to clarify discrepancies, resolve documentation questions, or obtain other pertinent guidance.
Perform other administrative activities related to the contracting process and departmental routines.
Requirements
High school diploma (completed).
Experience with administrative routines.
Required knowledge of public procurement/bidding processes, especially the contracting phase for products/solutions procured through public tenders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
