About this role
Role Overview
As a Junior Sales Development Representative DACH, you will contact key decision-makers in IT security within the public sector and generate and qualify valuable leads.
You secure customer acquisition through targeted email outreach and social selling.
You are responsible for proactively contacting potential new customers by phone and for their ongoing engagement.
You employ creative, 'out-of-the-box' sales tactics to continuously build your pipeline.
You present our SaaS product over the phone, in online meetings, and at customer events.
You work closely with our Account Executives to successfully acquire new customers.
Requirements
Some experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., sales, customer service, or recruiting) is a plus
You are open to feedback, eager to learn, and motivated to continuously develop
You communicate clearly, listen actively, and present yourself confidently in client interactions
You stay organized under pressure and pursue your goals with focus
You are comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with quick decision-making and few rigid processes
You have a growth mindset and don't give up when things get challenging — you want to grow and improve
You are performance-oriented and want to demonstrate results through your performance
Experience with CRM and outreach tools is a plus
You are willing to work from our Cologne office at least 3 days per week (hybrid model)
You speak German fluently and have good English skills
