Provide administrative, operational, and customer-facing support to the sales team
Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and sales agreements
Manage sales-related documentation, including contracts, RFQs, and pricing files
Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries regarding pricing
Assist in resolving customer issues by coordinating with operations, customer service, and finance teams
Maintain accurate quotation & pricing records
Support tender/RFQ submissions by collecting operational and pricing inputs

Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sales or related field
Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding or similar industries
Strong organizational and administrative skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Experience in sales support, customer service or operations (1-3 years) preferred
Familiarity with CRM platforms
