Requirements
2+ years in a quota-carrying sales role with a track record of exceeding targets and closing $250K+ deal sizes in SaaS, lending, or financial services.
Independently manage time, prioritize high-impact tasks, and consistently exceed expectations without micromanagement.
Skilled at capturing attention, asking the right questions, handling objections, and confidently closing deals.
Track and analyze conversion rates, call volume, and pipeline performance with a metrics-driven approach.
Thrive in fast-paced environments and proficient with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
