Customer Support & Relationship Management: You build strong, long-term relationships with our existing customers and ensure they grow successfully with us.
Project Management: You are responsible for customers' onboarding projects after contract signature and ensure they move into implementation as quickly as possible.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: You identify opportunities within existing accounts and actively develop new business opportunities.
Monitoring & Reporting: You track KPIs, analyze the development of your accounts, and derive measures to optimize performance.
Teamwork & Process Improvement: You work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to meet customer needs and continuously improve our processes.
Customer Feedback & Strategy: You proactively gather feedback, recognize trends, and contribute to the strategic development of our accounts.
Requirements
Experience in Account Management: You have at least 2 years of experience in account management, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
Strong Communication: You engage customers through empathy, negotiation skills, and professional communication.
Analytical Thinking: You identify potential within existing customers and translate insights into concrete actions.
Organized & Self-Driven: You work in an organized, independent manner and take ownership of your accounts.
Team Player Mentality: You collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to provide optimal customer support.
Flexibility & Willingness to Learn: You are open to new challenges and continuously develop.
