Responsible for project development and execution by ensuring process and project engineering design requirements meet technical requirements
May lead small
to medium-scale projects in support of new product development, capacity expansion, and process improvement
Assist with defining strategies and developing and executing plans for assigned programs and projects
Work with customers to resolve difficult technical/quality issues
Assist with scale-up efforts for new processes and/or products, and lead optimization efforts for existing processes and/or products
Coordinate and manage capital projects from planning through completion
Lead process improvement and capital equipment project teams
Review and sign off on technical drawing packages

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
2+ years relevant project management experience and relevant product and process development engineering experience
Proficient in project management software and engineering design tools
