The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of Nextech’s solutions to assigned physician markets, primarily practices with one to two doctors.
This role manages the full sales lifecycle, handling client prospects from marketing leads, trade shows, inquiries, and referrals.
The Regional Sales Manager maintains strong customer relationships, delivers product demonstrations, and transitions new clients to the Client Success Manager for ongoing support.

Requirements
Proven experience in business development and managing full-cycle sales processes, or significant experience working in a healthcare practice within specialties like plastic surgery or dermatology.
Strong relationship management skills and a customer-first approach.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Professional demeanor in phone, virtual, and in-person meetings.
Excellent listening skills and the ability to overcome objections effectively.
Collaborative mindset with a strong ability to partner with peers, prospects, and clients.
Positive outlook, accountability for actions, adaptability to change, and solution focused.
Willingness and ability to travel 30-40% for trade shows, practice visits, and offsite meetings.
