Cold calling / scheduling new appointments or warm calling / rescheduling follow-ups
Handling leads with appointments to present our company
Conducting online meetings = qualifying customers for further sales
Conducting conversations in German with senior business contacts (Head of Purchasing / Managing Director)
Preparing follow-up documentation for potential customers from qualification through to offering suitable network partners as preparation for sales
Documentation and data maintenance in our system
Providing sales support in follow-up meetings as required
Requirements
Several years of experience in sales (mandatory).
Work experience and expertise in the energy sector (required) — alternatively, a strong willingness to quickly and independently acquire industry knowledge outside working hours
Confident and competent conduct of sales conversations in German
Customer
and sales-oriented approach
Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with PCs, software applications and AI tools
Home office workspace with your own infrastructure (PC, internet)
Ability to work independently
Proactive contribution to and optimization of our processes to achieve the best results
