About this role
Role Overview
You identify potential customers (B2B) and proactively reach out to them by phone or via digital channels
You conduct structured initial conversations and qualify leads according to clear criteria
You work with prepared call scripts and playbooks — and contribute your own ideas
You reliably document your results in the CRM system
You collaborate closely with our project managers and provide valuable market feedback
You continuously develop through coaching, feedback and community best practices
Requirements
Some experience in sales or telephone-based customer outreach is an advantage but not required
You are communicative, curious and comfortable proactively approaching people
You work reliably, independently and in a structured manner
You have your own laptop with a stable internet connection
You speak fluent German — English skills are a plus
You are eager to grow within a sales community and develop together with others
