Act as the HR focal point for managers and employees.
Support leaders in decisions related to transfers, succession, development and performance.
Lead people management rituals (feedback sessions, Individual Development Plans (PDI), performance evaluations).
Identify area needs and propose action plans in collaboration with managers.
Support Recruitment & Selection processes in alignment with external consultancies.
Monitor climate and engagement, proposing initiatives to strengthen the organizational culture.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement), converting them into insights for leadership.
Requirements
Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
Previous experience as an HRBP or across different HR subsystems.
Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative approach.
Analytical mindset, ownership mentality and results orientation.
Ability to influence and support managers in people-related decisions.
