Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
7-10 years of progressive experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or omni-channel sales.
Demonstrated success managing large-scale digital commerce businesses or marketplace platforms.
Proven experience owning and managing an e-commerce P&L.
Direct experience with Amazon (1P and 3P), Walmart, and Target marketplaces.
Strong knowledge of retail media platforms and performance marketing strategies.
Advanced experience using analytics to drive growth decisions.
Experience working with digital marketing, reporting, and commerce platforms.
