5+ years of experience in enterprise sales
2+ years of sales management experience in a SaaS environment
5+ years selling enterprise payroll, global employment (EOR), or HR SaaS solutions
5+ years of experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end
Deep understanding of distributed workforce solutions, international HRIS, and multi-country compliance
Strong understanding of bi-directional API integrations
Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
Ability to incorporate data-driven insights and forecasting into sales strategy
