Coordinate and execute sales and marketing activities for North America with a focus on system integrators in the field of automated storage solutions, as well as BITO Engineering
Using your technical expertise, organize sales activities and manage customer projects from inquiry through order placement, ensuring effective communication with partners and the parent company
Lead daily sales operations, prepare cost calculations and proposals, collaborate with the US back office and the German headquarters, and manage sales budgets and forecasts
Collect market intelligence, identify opportunities, analyze competitors, and develop action plans aligned with company objectives
Requirements
Commercial training with a strong technical understanding or vice versa; additional qualifications such as Fachwirt (business specialist), technician certification, or a degree in industrial engineering are desirable
At least 5 years of sales experience in warehousing technology and/or steel construction, particularly within an international logistics environment
Ideally, professional experience with automation in intralogistics
Experience in key account management is a plus
Strong communication skills, an independent and structured working style, high commitment, results-oriented approach, flexibility, and quick comprehension
Knowledge of project management and proficiency with MS Office applications
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Very good English skills; additional languages are desirable
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
