Act as a strategic talent advisor to senior leadership on executive hiring within asset management and investment functions.
Lead full-cycle executive search processes for C-level, Managing Director, Partner, CIO, Portfolio Manager, and other senior investment roles.
Develop and execute proactive talent mapping strategies across asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, sovereign funds, and institutional investors.
Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and compensation benchmarking within global financial markets.
Build and maintain relationships with high-caliber investment professionals and executive talent pipelines.
Ensure absolute discretion and confidentiality in all executive searches.
Advise stakeholders on market trends, compensation dynamics, and talent availability across regions.
Provide data-driven insights to improve executive hiring strategy and decision-making.
Requirements
8+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 4–5 years focused on executive search within asset management, investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, or institutional asset managers.
Proven track record placing senior leaders in investment, portfolio management, risk, compliance, and capital markets roles.
Deep expertise in market mapping, passive candidate engagement, and headhunting methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leadership.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professional judgment.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Previous experience in an in-house executive recruiting or search firm environment.
Experience recruiting in Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
