You handle incoming customer inquiries (inbound) and learn to professionally accompany prospective clients through the acquisition and decision-making process — by phone, email and, over time, in meetings.
You support the team in tender and proposal processes and contribute to the substantive development of concepts.
Together with experienced colleagues, you attend presentation meetings with new and existing clients and gradually build confidence presenting to decision-makers.
You assist project managers in developing client relationships and identifying meaningful cross
and upselling opportunities — in a consultative, not pushy, manner.
You learn to review proposals in a structured way, refine them and ensure their quality.
Requirements
You may not have traditional sales positions on your CV yet, but you want to learn how strong consulting, relationship management and business development work.
You enjoy understanding needs, grasping context and helping design solutions — not forcing things through.
You come across as open, reflective and reliable, and you are comfortable taking responsibility and speaking in front of others.
You work in a structured and dependable way and want to truly understand tasks rather than just ticking them off.
You are interested in (digital) marketing, digital business models and agency work — technical depth will be developed with us.
Initial experience with CRM or organizational tools (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Notion, etc.) is a plus but not required.
