- Own the end-to-end recruitment process across all departments (Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Ops).
- Redefine and launch the Fusable Talent Brand.
- Conduct a full audit of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Design and execute comprehensive 90-day onboarding programs.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting for GTM roles as well as data and tech roles.
- Strong understanding of data-centric organizations.
- Ability to analyze and report on key metrics like Time-to-Fill and Quality of Hire.
