Consultant Workforce & Organization – Internship

Role Overview

• As part of the Workforce & Organization teams, you will address today’s and tomorrow’s People and HR challenges.
• You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data through conducting interviews and facilitating co‑creation workshops.
• You will prepare presentations for our clients and contribute to the development of strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• You are in your 4th or 5th year of a business school, engineering school, or university program, with a strong interest in business transformation and digital innovation.
• You are seeking a final-year internship (end-of-studies placement).
• Intellectual curiosity and strong adaptability.
