About this role
Role Overview
Deliver sustainable growth by expanding Cepheid adoption across hospitals, laboratories, and other testing environments.
Build durable customer partnerships with clinical, operational, and procurement stakeholders to increase satisfaction and retention.
Lead the full sales cycle from discovery and value positioning through proposal, tender execution, negotiation, and deal closure.
Enable distributor sales teams through joint customer visits, account planning, and opportunity progression.
Apply the Danaher Business System (DBS) to drive continuous improvement and identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical or Laboratory disciplines, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven field sales experience in molecular diagnostics, medical devices, laboratory solutions, or complex B2B healthcare environments.
Strong and demonstrable knowledge of PCR‑based technologies and molecular diagnostic workflows.
Demonstrated success managing consultative, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and high‑value purchasing decisions.
Strong territory planning, account management, and business development capabilities with a structured, data‑driven approach.
Consistent use of CRM systems for opportunity management, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Fluency in English; additional local languages relevant to the Eastern Europe territory are a strong advantage.
