Role Overview
- Work closely with developers and operations teams
- Design secure, high-performance CI/CD pipelines
- Select appropriate security tools
- Detect and remediate vulnerabilities
- Train teams on security best practices
- Contribute to the development of security policies
- Manage incidents and provide technical support
- Monitor alerts to enable rapid response
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Experience in DevSecOps or security engineering
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency with centralized deployment systems
- Expertise in Docker and containerized environments
- Skills in Linux, bash, and shell scripting
- Experience in Python development, preferably Python 3
- Familiarity with GitLab, GitLab CI, and CI/CD principles
- Experience using BurpSuite and the Kali Linux distribution
- Security certifications (CISSP, CEH, OSCP) are a plus
