Role Overview
- Work closely with developers and operations teams
- Design secure, high-performance CI/CD pipelines
- Select appropriate security tools
- Detect and remediate vulnerabilities
- Train teams on security best practices
- Contribute to the development of security policies
- Manage incidents and provide technical support
- Monitor alerts to ensure rapid response
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience in DevSecOps or security engineering
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Proven experience with centralized deployment systems
- Expertise in Docker and containerized environments
- Proficient in Linux, Bash, and shell scripting
- Experience with Python development, preferably Python 3
- Knowledge of GitLab, GitLab CI, and CI/CD principles
- Experience using BurpSuite and the Kali Linux distribution
- Ability to trace network routes with netstat
- Experience with Fastlane and Bitrise (advantage for mobile projects)
- Adaptability to new technologies
- Analytical skills and ability to resolve security issues
- Security certifications (CISSP, CEH, OSCP) are a plus.
