Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social

Role Overview

• Independently scale our Meta campaigns with a clear focus on profitable new customer acquisition
• Passionately analyze the entire funnel from first ad click to checkout, identifying concrete optimization levers
• Develop and optimize scalable direct-response funnels with a strong focus on long-form formats such as VSLs
• Strategically evolve our creative strategy beyond static ads and UGC
• Work closely with direct response copy, creative strategy, and CRO to rapidly improve performance
• Build and advance a structured creative testing framework
• Drive decisions based on data using CAC, LTV, and funnel metrics
• Conduct continuous market, competitor, and U.S. market research to identify performance opportunities early

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising (Meta)
• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce (ideally in supplements, beauty, or cosmetics)
• Solid understanding of direct response marketing and performance funnels
• You don’t just analyze numbers — you derive concrete hypotheses and tests from them
• You know that static ads and classic UGC are important, but you also recognize that long-form formats like VSLs are shaping the future in D2C
• Experience in conceptualizing or strategically co-developing performance creatives
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Fluent in German and English
