Role Overview
First point of contact for care facilities and patients in Germany
Respond to inquiries about orders, deliveries and prescription processing
Structured escalation/forwarding to 2nd level support
Actively shape and improve the ticketing and CRM systems
Develop practical FAQs, guides and process improvements
Ensure accurate master data and documentation
Requirements
Experience in customer service
Strong customer-service mindset
Strong communication skills in German (C1–C2)
