Conduct requirements analyses in large digitalization and migration projects
Lead projects with a focus on functionality, quality, and effort and cost estimation
Outline use cases and process models and develop business cases
Plan, implement, and develop complex IT solutions and coordinate all development tasks

At least 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the public sector
Experience with digitalization and migration projects
Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach to work
IREB and HERMES certification (or willingness to obtain them in the near term)
Excellent German and good French language skills
