About this role
Role Overview
You are the direct point of contact for our customers and independently, professionally, and empathetically handle all their questions.
You record customers' requests and feedback and advocate for their implementation at Naturbummler.
You continuously develop our customer channels and contribute your own ideas.
You coordinate roof tent shipments and track various returns, and support dispatch/logistics as needed.
Requirements
You have an open and polite manner and are comfortable approaching and engaging with people.
You have completed vocational training or hold a university degree.
You genuinely care about our customers' well-being.
You show initiative and work in a solution-oriented way.
You have excellent written and spoken German.
