About this role
Role Overview
Drive sales growth by acquiring new fleet customers and growing fuel volume.
Develop and execute a territory plan to identify and convert high-potential fleet prospects.
Actively prospect in the field, visiting store sites, and networking locally.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all fleet accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Partner closely with Circle K Fuel and Field Operations teams to identify local opportunities.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to close high-value opportunities.
Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track opportunities, and maintain sales records.
Requirements
3+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in fleet, fuel, transportation, or related industries.
Entrepreneur mentality.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a territory.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is required.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory (up to 50%).
