Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues to reduce downtime and callbacks
Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping & Mailing equipment, ensuring clients are fully trained and confident in their use
Use hand tools and small power tools to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment

Must be legally authorized to work in the US
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
Experience with automated or electro-mechanical equipment (preferred)
Comfortable with significant driving time and working independently in the field
