Field Service Technician, Live Events

Role Overview

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment problems
• Perform repair and maintenance on rental construction equipment
• Communicate equipment status to customers onsite
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and brand commitments
• Travel as required for job duties
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Trade school or college degree (bachelor or associates) preferred
• Basic Diesel engine repair
• Extensive experience in the repair and maintenance of rental construction equipment
• Ability to use mechanic’s tools and equipment to diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment problems
• Able to communicate equipment status to customers onsite and determine whether equipment needs to be replaced
• Maintain all CMV requirements of position
• Must maintain brand commitments of equipment
• Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and safety requirements
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor
• May require up to 100% travel
• Available for on-call services as scheduled
