Support base pay, incentive award, and early career compensation programs using advanced compensation knowledge.
Execute compensation activities in alignment with established policies, guidelines, and methodologies.
Respond to compensation inquiries from HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition; escalate complex issues as appropriate.
Maintain and update salary structures for the North American practice, including range administration and midpoint analysis.
Conduct job pricing analyses using survey data and internal benchmarks, document assumptions and outcomes.
Support internal equity reviews and accurate implementation of structure updates.
Support end-to-end salary survey participation, including job matching, data validation, and submission preparation.
Analyze survey results to identify market trends and support pricing recommendations.
Conduct ongoing compensation research and benchmarking against peer organizations.
Build and maintain compensation models for pay adjustments, promotions, and annual bonus processes.
Perform scenario modeling and data validation to support forecasts and decision-making.
Prepare clear analyses and summaries that translate data into actionable insights.
Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to support hiring and internal movement decisions.
Collaborate with Finance and HR Operations to support budgeting, reporting, and data accuracy.
Communicate findings clearly and professionally, adapting messaging to the audience.
Manage assigned tasks across multiple compensation projects, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Identify opportunities to improve tools, templates, and processes and support implementation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics) or equivalent relevant work experience
4+ years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or related analytical roles, preferably in a professional services or matrixed organization
CCP certification or progress toward certification preferred
Experience supporting salary structures, survey participation, and compensation modeling
Experience with Workday and other compensation administration tools
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
Hands on experience with Payscale / Payfactors, including interpreting market data and applying insights effectively
Strong knowledge of compensation practices and market pricing
