Role Overview
- Gathering and analyzing Compliance business requirements
- Drafting business requirement documents and functional specifications
- Work related to regulatory lists (sanctions, asset freezes, PEPs, watchlists, etc.)
- Contribution to testing phases (strategy, test cases, execution)
- Interaction with IT, business, and compliance teams
- Participation in the continuous improvement of Compliance processes and tools
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of Compliance / AML-CFT (anti-money laundering and counter‑terrorist financing) issues
- Strong familiarity with regulatory lists (OFAC, EU, UN, PEPs, sanctions…)
- Comfortable writing functional specifications and communicating with diverse stakeholders
- Autonomy, rigor, and strong interpersonal skills
