About this role
Role Overview
Provide admin and finance support including invoicing and payroll processing.
Handle KPI tracking and performance metrics for the team.
Manage customer reminders and follow-ups via Mechanic Desk.
Schedule social media and update website content.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years experience in a similar admin, coordinator, or operations support role.
Strong English communication skills — written and verbal.
Comfortable working across multiple systems and learning new tools quickly.
Experience with Xero or similar accounting software (desirable).
Experience with WordPress or website content management.
SEO basics — updating meta descriptions, keywords, page content.
Canva and basic social media experience.
Bookkeeping or accounts experience beyond basic data entry.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-managed — you own your tasks.
Available to overlap with NZ business hours for key check-ins.
