Minimum of 5–7 years' experience in solution consulting, solutions engineering, or similar strategic advisory roles — prior experience selling enterprise SaaS software is required.
Strong ability to engage and communicate clearly with senior executives and C-level decision-makers, effectively demonstrating strategic value and business impact.
Collaborative team player, able to contribute successfully within a supportive team environment focused on shared goals, continuous learning, and customer success.
Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues is preferred; strong aptitude for supporting junior team members and contributing to team growth.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously within an early-stage, growing regional pre-sales team.
Previous experience in multicultural or international team environments is highly valued.
Fluent English required; French language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
