Identifying and proposing local partners, including authorities, retailers, collectors, companies, and educational institutions
Managing a portfolio of clients and partners to ensure efficient collaboration aligned with company standards
Negotiating and signing contracts or protocols with local partners
Ensuring compliance with commercial policies and allocated budgets
Overseeing the implementation of contracts and supervising operations
Coordinating collection programs in line with internal procedures
Planning and conducting regular field visits to monitor and support local partners
Ongoing activity reporting to support performance analysis and informed decision-making
Performance measured based on key indicators including collection points developed or maintained, contracts generating collection volumes, and visits conducted
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
At least 3 years in WEEE, environmental services, waste collection, or sales
Solid understanding of national legislation related to WEEE and batteries (DBA)
Experience in contract negotiation, implementation, and collaboration with local authorities
Experience in environmental projects, CSR initiatives, public-private partnerships, or B2B sales and partnership development is a strong advantage
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
Completed higher education degree (preferably in environmental studies, management, economics, or technical fields)
Results-oriented, well-organized, and capable of effective planning
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Valid Category B driving license
Availability for frequent travel within the assigned area
