Lead the development and execution of social media and influencer strategies
Own the end-to-end management of social channels, influencer partnerships, and content creation
Develop and execute an integrated social media strategy aligned with business and marketing goals
Execute daily posting and community management across various platforms
Manage external partners and collaborate with Brand Team for content creation
Own influencer & KOLs strategy, from discovery and vetting to contracting and performance analysis
Guide the development and execution of high-performing social content
Set KPIs and track performance across all social and influencer programs
Present regular reports to leadership with strategic recommendations

7-10+ years of experience in social media and/or influencer marketing, or related roles
Proven track record of owning social channels and building high-performing programs
Excellent understanding of platform best practices
Experience managing Influencer and KOLs ecosystems and relationship building
Experience with the coffee industry and coffee equipment (highly desirable)
Strong command of English language (ideally, native speaker)
German is a plus
Strong hands-on executional skills and mentality
Strong creative instincts, understanding of storytelling, and ability to brief/design content
Excellent understanding of analytics tools and social listening tools
Analytical mindset with experience turning data insights into actionable strategies
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
