Take primary responsibility for managing your assigned clients' paid social media campaigns.
Develop and implement tailored performance strategies on platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn.
Plan, create and optimize campaigns, conduct A/B tests and analyze the results.
Prepare detailed reports and provide strategic consulting. Maintain close communication with clients.
Perform data-driven audience and market analyses to optimally target campaigns.
Respond proactively to changes in platform algorithms or market conditions.

University degree in Marketing or a comparable qualification.
Minimum 2 years of practical experience in social media performance (paid and organic).
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including targeting options and algorithm logic.
Experience planning, executing and optimizing performance campaigns (conversion, lead generation, etc.).
Proficient use of pixels, Conversion APIs, Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters and platform insights.
Ability to interpret KPIs such as CTR, CPM, CPL, ROAS and to produce detailed reports.
Systematic testing methods for creatives, audiences and funnel stages.
Experience managing budgets efficiently – from small test budgets to scalable campaigns.
