About this role
Role Overview
Record working hours of temporary staff for clients in accordance with applicable collective labor agreements (GAV)
Process hirings and terminations and handle all matters related to family allowances and social insurances (AHV, EO, etc.)
Communicate with authorities, social insurance institutions and other external bodies
Process accident and sickness notifications via eAbsence or the relevant portal
Review weekly assignment contracts and employee master data and ensure their quality
Manage salary payments and client invoicing and serve as the point of contact for payroll and social insurance enquiries
Requirements
Completed commercial education and preferably further training as an HR Assistant or Payroll Specialist – or solid experience in payroll and HR
Comfortable with social insurance and numbers; work in a structured, precise and solution-oriented manner
Excellent German language skills; French or Italian is a plus
Confident user of MS Office and ideally experienced in temporary staffing and familiar with easytemp
Tech-savvy, quick to learn new software and service-oriented
Reliable, team-oriented personality who maintains oversight even in busy situations
