Manage employee data and maintain systems on SAP and SuccessFactors platforms
Support employees with HR self-service tools and process guidance
Handle events across the employee lifecycle, such as work anniversaries, contract changes, and applications for A1 forms
Maintain external contractor data
Ensure accurate digital personnel file management
Prepare and update HR reports (regular and ad-hoc)
Participate in initiatives to optimize and digitize HR processes
Ensure consistent data quality and regulatory compliance across all HR functions
Perform routine HR administrative tasks
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
2–3 years of experience in HR administration, ideally in an international environment
Knowledge of HR tools such as SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Detail-oriented, organized, and service-minded
A cooperative team player with initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
