Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for clients, drafting and posting job ads, reviewing resumes, candidate sourcing, coordinating interviews and offer negotiations.
Qualify candidates for desired skills and competencies through phone, virtual, or in-person interviews.
Develop recruiting and sourcing strategies to stay competitive and innovative.
Update applicant tracking systems and spreadsheets for candidate records including conversion rates and time to fill.
Foster and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, serving as point of contact during recruitment processes.
Lead the onboarding process for internal hires, including background checks, orientation, and equipment setup.
Develop strategies to improve morale and retention.
Assist with company-wide events and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
5-7 years of recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition experience required.
Experience working with external or internal stakeholders is a plus.
Knowledge and proven success utilizing MS Office applications, CareerPlug, ADP, and LinkedIn.
Enjoys interfacing with clients, candidates, and potential clients to build rapport.
Ability to meet deadlines and understand time-sensitive material.
Demonstrates discretion; understands the importance of sensitive and confidential material.
Strong attention to detail.
Understands federal and state laws; stays up to date with new regulations.
