You identify and qualify new leads for our consulting and implementation services in the area of project and portfolio management
You establish initial contact with decision-makers and stakeholders by phone, email, or other channels and engage them with our approaches and offerings
You analyze target customers, identify their challenges, and position Le Bihan as a relevant partner
You schedule meetings for our Account Executives and ensure a smooth handover, or conduct these conversations independently as needed
You contribute your experience to further develop our lead-generation processes, use tools effectively, and test new outreach approaches
Requirements
A completed degree (e.g., Economics, Communications, Business Administration, Business Informatics) or an equivalent qualification
At least 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or in a comparable B2B sales role
Experience in the tech/software sector or with solution providers—ideally in consulting, software implementation, or enterprise solutions
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Enthusiasm for complex topics and the ability to communicate them clearly and compellingly
Confident use of modern CRM tools such as Pipedrive
